The UDL-106 steel braces are designed to be used exclusively as a pair and will only be sold together. They feature interchangeable tops, with additional sets available separately, including flat tops for offset dump beds and trailers. Compatible with any brand of dump box, UDL-106 can safely support dump beds at higher angles than standard manufacturer props, allowing employees safe access to a broader area beneath the dump bed.
These braces accommodate flanges up to 5 1/2 inches, fitting the standard 3.5-inch dump truck flange. Designed with easy-to-grip handles, the UDL-106 is simple to carry and install between the truck frame and dump box. They also meet OSHA’s recommendations for safeguarding employees working under raised dump truck bodies by serving as an effective “truck bed brace bracket” (OSHA SHIB 09-18-2006).
